We are currently experiencing a lot of delays due to the current circumstances around the world, as most shipping providers are working with reduced staff, while e-commerce has increased a lot worldwide. Most orders get delivered in a timely manner as usual, but some may take up to 20 business days (a month). We are of course extremely sorry about this but ask that you understand that it is out of our hands. If you want to find out more about your package, please reach out to your local post office with the tracking number we provided you with. If your order still has not arrived after 20 business days after us shipping it, please contact us through the form below.

We offer free shipping for retail orders and consumers when you order two bags or more within Sweden. For free international shipping, order four to eight bags for free shipping worldwide!

We ship retail orders using PostNord. For Swedish customers our coffee will be delivered straight to your mailbox when ordering up to five bags.

For international shipping: Once PostNord has shipped your coffee out of Sweden they hand it over to the destination country's national post service. If you have special delivery instructions or requests, please leave a note in your cart before checkout.

We offer tracked international shipping to most countries around the world. Sometimes the tracking doesn't update between PostNord and your country's post service. If this happen, go to your post's website and track your coffee from there or reach out to your local post office with the tracking number you've received from us.

To find out if we can ship with tracking to your country or for estimated shipping times, please reach out to us using the chat function at the bottom right corner of our site.
