Much like us they did not want to compromise in quality or sustainability while supporting small-holder producers. Next, we tried roasting it different than usual. Longer total time. Darker end temperature than our filter roasts, lighter than our espressos. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eThe result?
